RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be received within 7 days.                                                                                Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received
Items must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Items that have been opened, used, worn, or altered cannot be returned.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

Jewelry (ALL jewelry sales are final)
Gift cards
Downloadable products
Sale items (final sale)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)
Hazardous or flammable materials
Health and personal care items (if applicable)

All jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a gift credit once the return is processed

If the item was not marked as a gift:

The refund will be issued to the original purchaser

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service
We are not responsible for lost return packages
